Civate (Lecchese: Ciüâ) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northeast of Milan and about 4 kilometres (2 mi) southwest of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,898 and an area of 9.1 square kilometres (3.5 mi2). Lago di Annone is located on its borders.

Civate borders the following municipalities: Annone di Brianza, Canzo, Cesana Brianza, Galbiate, Suello, Valmadrera.
